Help me reach my goal of £200

I'm doing a Dip for Dementia UK

This winter, I'm doing a dip and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Dipping with the dpg’s

As a hairdresser I meet so many people and unfortunately more and more I hear how so many people are affected by dementia,  and so many times the loved ones are the ones caring for  a family member affected by dementia,  so. This years birthday challenge is not to do just one cold water dip but 10 in a row and what better place to do it than up in Highlands and Islands with 2 very excited black Labs who are water daft , let’s see how excited they are when I drag them out of bed at 6 am on the the morning  of my birthday to kick off the the challenge . X
