Walking For My Dad

It’s been nearly 40 years since my dad, Gerald, died from Alzheimer’s disease. I think he suffered with it for quite a few years before he passed in 1988. Gerald was 59 when he died and I will be 59 next year.

I am walking 50 miles in January and hoping to raise money for Dementia UK in his memory.

It will hopefully help me too in many ways as I tend to do better if I have a goal, I don’t like letting people down x
