I'm walking 30 miles in September

I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

In Memory of Nan

It's nearing the end of my challenge and I thought I would share why I'm doing this particular challenge for Dementia UK. We sadly lost my Nan to this terrible disease 5 years ago. To see her go from the independent lady she was, to bed bound needing all personal care, and not even knowing who her loved ones were, was heartbreaking. If more can be done to try and prevent this disease so that others don't have to experience this, then I will continue to fund raise for this great charity! Xx
