I'm walking 30 miles in September in memory of my dad who passed away at the beginning of July
I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Sunday 21st Sep Increased my walking and fundraising target and hoping I can achieve those this week as it would've been my dad's birthday on Tuesday.
Week 1 done
Monday 8th Sep I'm enjoying getting out for a walk every day even if sometimes it's not what I feel like doing! Really noticing the change in season now too as the nights start to draw in.. increased my fundraising target today so hopefully I'll be able to reach that! Share
