Walking the Talk - Ely Reablement Support Workers
This fantastic team of professional and caring CCC Reablement Support Workers care for people in the community, often experiencing dementia. On Saturday 04 October, we'll be walking our final 12 miles together. Evelyn, on the left of our picture, is walking between her early/late 12 hour shift; she sadly lost her father to dementia. We understand the value of supporting everyone involved and would really appreciate anything you can contribute towards our target.
