I'm walking 30 miles in September
I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Sunday 28th Sep
Not gone according to plan ….
Sunday 21st Sep So ….. Not been active on here for a few weeks as my dear Mum has been very poorly. Bless her heart, we thought we were losing her. The paramedics that attended on the 7th were truly wonderful and following a visit from the on call GP it was established that Mum had a temperature and chest infection. Mum now has a care package where such amazingly kind carers visit her 3 times a day. Then of course we’ve had all the rain!! Got out today and back on track …. Share
1st September … day 1
Monday 1st Sep Bought a weekly season ticket for my commute to work. This will encourage me to walk to and from the station and kick start my daily miles. Lovely walk at lunchtime added another mile, so today clocked up 3 1/2 miles. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
