I'm walking 31 Miles in May for Dementia UK

This May, I'm walking 31 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

This May, I’m challenging myself to walk 31 miles to raise money for dementia 💙

This cause is incredibly close to my heart. I’ve seen first-hand how devastating dementia can be, as both my grandad and grandma lived with this cruel condition. Every day, I also support residents living with dementia through my job, so I know just how much this disease impacts not only those diagnosed, but their families too.

I’m doing this to help raise awareness, fund support, and contribute towards vital research — but I can’t do it alone.

If you’re able to sponsor me, no matter how big or small, it would mean so much. Every donation truly makes a difference.
