I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK

This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

I’m raising money in memory of our beautiful Mum, who sadly passed away recently after living with dementia.
Dementia is an unbelievably cruel illness. It slowly takes away so much from the person you love, while leaving those who care for them feeling helpless. But despite everything, mam  was  incredibly special and unbelievably strong. We will hold  her in our hearts  forever.
I’ve chosen to raise money in her memory to help support others affected by dementia and to hopefully make a small difference to families going through what ours did.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has donated and shared my page . Every single donation means so much to us and is a beautiful way of remembering her. ❤️
