Help me reach my goal of £300

I'm walking 50 Miles in January for Dementia UK

This January, I'm walking 50 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.


I’m doing this challenge in memory of my amazing my Nanna, she was an incredible woman who gave so much love to our family, and I carry her with me every step of the way! 

..And for all the wonderful ladies living with dementia that I’ve supported in the past, as well as those I have the privilege of supporting today 💜 


Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Another 5 miles today with Vicky!

Smashed it! 50+ miles complete 💪🏼 😀 - thank you to everyone who’s walked with me, cheered me on and donated, squeezing 50 miles into a month was tougher than I thought it would be, just finding the hours in the day to walk, but I did it with a few days to spare! Phew 😮‍💨

Just short of 14miles done with Terri on Saturday 😀

Another 12 miles in the bag !

Monday 19th Jan
5 miles to Wickham from Melton yesterday with Kit and Steve and then another 7 miles today along the river with Lyds 😀 xx

Sunday 18th Jan
A mile and a half in Kesgrave and another mile and a half in Bungay, 
That’s 19 miles done, 31 to go and I’m at the midway point, it’s been a slow week so need to get moving before the end of the month!

Little 3 mile walk around Kesgrave this evening 😀
