I'm walking 30 miles in September
I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Wednesday 10th Sep Really appreciating just walking, rather than running, it's nice to have longer to look around and take more in...and thinking about those people around me whose lives have been touched by dementia over the years, family and friends.. Share
First walk
Monday 1st Sep 1.18m around Acton Park this morning with Chris and Billy 😊🏞️🍄🟫🌳🌿🌱I"m working out how to use my new watch app which measures the exercise. I've not had one for some years and they've come on a bit since then. And now trying to work out how to log the walks on the dementia pages.
