I'm running 100K for Dementia UK
This February, I'm running 100K and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

My need for support
Friday 9th Jan I’ve take. Up this challenge not for generic dopamine hit of running while aiding a charity but because the cause hits close to home. From witnessing my great grandmother suffer with dementia from my early teens until my 20’s. I’ve witnessed how devastating it can be for famillies, friends & everyone we hold dear. In 2024 my father was diagnosed with dementia which broke me, knowing i would yet again have to witness the destruction of dementia so i saw this advertised and wanted to sign up immediately.
