I'm walking 30 miles in September
I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Half way through!
Monday 15th Sep Half way through this challenge and I’m so pleased to say that I’ve reached my mileage target and exceeded my donation target! I will keep on walking though as this is such a good cause, for my mum and for all the other sufferers out there and their carers. Share

Thursday 28th Aug My mum suddenly developed severe dementia symptoms a few months ago, almost overnight her personality completely changed and she is no longer the mum I have always known. It’s so heartbreaking to see her suffering with this cruel disease. She means the absolute world to me and I would do anything to ease her suffering 😔Thank you to my Sponsors
