I'm walking 30 miles in September

A year ago my Dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, for which there is no cure. Despite the combination of medications and him doing everything he can to keep his mind active and his body fit I continue to see the decline. The resources and support for those diagnosed with dementia and their families is sparce, yet desperately needed.

I am taking the 30 mile walk challenge to raise awareness of the disease and work with Dementia UK to fund their specialist Admiral Nurses who support families. I would be grateful for your support.
