I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK
This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.
Thank you!

30 Miles for Memorie
Sunday 30th AugThis September, I’m taking part in the 30 Miles in September challenge to raise money and awareness for Dementia — a cause that is very close to my heart. ❤️
I work closely with elderly residents in a residential home, many of whom are living with different forms of dementia. Every day, I see first-hand the impact dementia can have, not only on those living with it, but also on their families and loved ones.
It can be a mentally and physically challenging job, but it is also one of the most rewarding jobs I could ever do. The people I care for have taught me so much, and being able to support them through their journey is something I feel incredibly privileged to do.
If I can help even in the smallest way to support families affected by dementia and raise awareness of this heartbreaking condition, then I’ll happily lace up my trainers and get out there! 👟💪
