Tuesday 17th Feb This charity is very personal to me, watching my eldest brother go through this horrendous condition right now. John was always the life and soul of any party, loved to get up and sing, tell a joke dance around the room, he worked hard for years as a long distance lorry driver up and down the country from lands end to John o'groats, he retired to South Wales in a bungalow with his wife Chris, John was always continually helping his neighbours with odd jobs and fetching the papers, a bit of shopping here and there, that was until he was diagnosed with Dementia and now his whole world has turned upside down, his driving licience has been taken off him for his own safety, his memory is failing, he is getting very confused at times/places, he has difficulty with the simplist of tasks, he gets very emotional......this is DEMENTIA It is so cruel and upsetting to see my hig brother like this my heart literally 💔 for him and so many others in the same position as John, so I wanted to do my bit by helping to raise as much as possible for this cause...please if you can, come along and join me on the walk from one football club to another, starting from Stafford Rangers F.C to..........
