I have signed up to walk 62 miles in October for the dementia UK charity.

Walking is one of my least favourite things along with people talking over me. I’d rather ride it, but I can’t.

This is something dear to my heart as I lost my father this year to this devastating disease. It completely destroyed our lives, and was horrific to watch the effects of it. So if I can bring anything positive to that heartbreak I will. 

I know that times are hard financially. But if you could spare a quid or two it would mean a lot to me.
