I'm running 100K for Dementia UK

I’m Dan and this year I’m going to be taking on Dementia UK’s 100k in February challenge! 

I’m undertaking this challenge to raise funds for a charity very close to mine and my family’s hearts. Dementia UK are a charity who provide nursing care and support for those diagnosed with dementia and their families. This care and support can go along way to helping those with dementia feel comfortable and to help families understand their loved one’s diagnosis. 

Just over a year ago I lost my grandad after a 5 year battle with dementia. Over the course of this time not once did I ever see him without a smile on his face or the determination to ever let the dementia get the better of his incredible personality and amazing humour. 

A true inspiration and the motivation for this challenge. So please any donation big or small is hugely appreciated and will go a long way in supporting a great charity!
