I'm attempting to run 100K for Dementia UK

In February, I’m attempting to run 100km to raise awareness and funds for Dementia support and research.

I’m doing this in honour of my Gran, who we lost to Dementia in December. Every step I take will be for her, and for all the families who are living with this disease.

Dementia is a cruel illness that affects not just those diagnosed, but everyone who loves them.
