I'm walking 62 Miles in October
I’m walking 62 Miles in October raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I have seen at first hand how the disease can affect someone as I care for my Mum who has Alzheimer's and Vascular Disease. I will be walking with my Mum, Brenda in mind, my friend's Mum, Angela and another friend's best friend Janis. Three very special people! 💜
A £15 donation can cover the telephone costs of three families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
