I'm jogging one mile a day for Dementia UK
This April, I'm jogging one mile each day and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a huge difference.
It will be 5 years ago on the 19th April that my lovely Mum passed away from Covid having suffered with the torment of dementia for over 4 years. She was 4 days short of her 74th birthday.
