Run 100km in February

Tuesday 3rd Feb

This February I’m taking on the challenge of running 100km to raise money for Dementia UK. I’ll be sharing a weekly distance update, partly for accountability and partly to prove I haven’t lost my mind signing up for this in February.

Like ours, Dementia touches almost every family in some way. In the UK it’s estimated that 1 in 2 of us will be affected in our lifetime — either by developing it ourselves or caring for someone who does.

Dementia UK supports families through specialist dementia nurses, and every donation (big or small) helps them keep doing that vital work.

Thanks for supporting, cheering, donating, or just nodding politely at my life choices 🩵
