I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK
This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Wednesday 9th SepI’m so grateful and overwhelmed to say that I have reached my donation target, raising money for dementia in memory of my beautiful mum 🤍
Thank you so much to everyone who has donated. Every single donation means so much to me and my family, and knowing that we’re helping raise awareness and support for dementia makes this even more special.
I’ve decided to increase the fundraising target, so i can hopefully raise even more in Mum’s memory.

In Memory of My Mum 🤍
Tuesday 11th AugMy mum was an amazing woman with the biggest heart. She was kind, caring and always put other people before herself. She had a warmth about her that made everyone around her feel loved and cared for.
Sadly, we lost my beautiful mum in May after her journey with dementia. Watching someone you love so deeply be affected by this cruel illness is incredibly heartbreaking, and no family should have to experience it.
I’m raising money in her memory to help support dementia research and care, so that hopefully one day other families won’t have to face the same pain and heartbreak that we did.
Every donation, no matter how small, means so much to our family and will help keep my mum’s memory alive while supporting such an important cause.
Forever loved, forever missed, and forever in our hearts. ❤️
