I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK
This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.
Thank you!

My nan🩷
Sunday 30th AugMy Nan 💗
My nan has always been such a fun-loving, caring and special person. Family has always been at the heart of everything she has done, and nothing has meant more to her than her family — especially her grandchildren. ❤️
She has always been the kind of person who brought love, laughter and warmth wherever she went. Some of my happiest memories are memories with my nan, and although dementia and Alzheimer’s disease have changed so much for her and for our family, they can never take away the person she has always been or the memories we have made together.
Watching someone you love live with dementia is incredibly heartbreaking. It affects not only the person living with it, but the whole family around them. That’s why I’ve decided to take part in Walk 30 Miles in September to raise money and awareness for Dementia UK.
I’m doing this for my nan — for the fun-loving woman she has always been, for all the love she has given her family, and for all the grandchildren she loves so dearly. 💗
Every donation, no matter how big or small, means so much to me and will help support families affected by dementia.
For my nan, with all my love. 💗🦋
