Our beloved Nan was officially diagnosed with dementia early last year and when they say it’s like losing someone twice believe me it couldn’t be more true. The struggles are real, the lows are very low and half the time it’s like fighting a losing battle and you don’t know whether you’re coming or going.The biggest thing that most families struggle with is the funds that go into the support and care for someone with dementia, so by having these fundraisers and helping support charities like Dementia UK, more money can be given to pay for the care and support of those in need.
Please can you show as much support as possible and donate to this amazing charity, so that we can help people like my nan and so many others like her and their families who are struggling with such a horrific disease.
