Help me reach my goal of £250

I'm running 100K for Dementia UK

This February, I'm running 100K and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Sunset after work 10K

Wednesday 4th Feb
Took the opportunity to get another 10K done this eve as the sun was marvelous shining 'til the end giving all the psychedelic pinks as it dropped into the sea.
Apparently, it's not nice later this week &  glad I geared myself up after being sat all day at home in front of the laptop.
So hungry when i got in, usual scenario!

25K done  / 75K to go

After work 10K

Monday 2nd Feb
Went directly from work this evening to catch the last of the light.
Followed the Swansea 10K route along the promenade. Quite tough with the wind. Absolutely starving after & went to see my mam.

15K so far 85K to go

Started a couple of days early

Thursday 29th Jan
I've just popped a lunch time 5K in today. The last week of February is a busy one for me work wise and I might not get out enough that week. 
Hope that's ok.
Windy on the coast path today!
I’ll mainly be doing 10ks. More manageable in the time frame. Go direct from work with these lighter evenings around the bend.
