I'm jogging one mile a day for Dementia UK
No going back now i've set up the justgiving page - so... this April i am raising funds for Dementia Uk by taking part in jogging/ running a mile a day. I'd be kidding myself to think i could do a 10k let alone a marathon for charity - so 30 miles over the month of April is the one for me.
Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
My dad is living with dementia along with sadly so many of our loved ones - Your donation, whatever the amount, makes a difference.
