I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

I've actually finished the challenge. I honestly don't know how, I've had good days and bad. Each day was a new adventure. I can't say thank you enough to everyone who has sponsored me. £337 so far. How amazing! Thank you ,thank you ,you lovely people. Xxx

Thanks for all the lovely people who have sponsored me. I'm slowly doing the challenge bit by bit. I can't manage 1 mile at once at the moment. I'm breaking it down in chunks. Arthur carried a chair the day we went to Redcar. We even checked the tide was in. .. It's part of my recovery and it's spurring me on.
