I'm taking on Fans vs Dementia

During a 90-minute match, 30 people in the UK will develop dementia.

I’m taking on Fans vs Dementia and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.

£21 could pay for the telephone costs of fout families calling our free Helpline whenever they need support.

£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

I'm taking part in Fans Vs Dementia as I've been wanting to do something to raise funds for families affected to receive the specialists help and advice they need. During a 90 minute match, 30 people in the UK will develop dementia. 

The past few years really have been lots of appointments, worry, tears, the unknown whilst caring for our Mum so giving back is what I will  continue to do from now on.

Dementia is seen as the heartbreaking long goodbye but I try my hardest to see it as the continual hello, brighten their days, hold their hand, be their voice, sing the songs, time with them is everything 🫶

Myself and Ellie will be walking from the top of Dunfermline to East End park to watch the pars in action, date tbc which I will update but in the meantime if you would like to sponsor us, even pennies all add up as we would be very grateful of every penny, please click on the link.
