I'm walking 30 miles in September
I’m walking 30 Miles in September this is in honour of my dad who has vascular dementia at the age of 79 and my mum also 78 who is fine but they still love each other so very much, but this awful disease is little by little taking him away from her as well as me and my brother.
I am raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Tuesday 30th Sep Well what a great month this has been raising funds for Dementia Uk , they have helped my family so much I have found this a chance to help give back with the help of my sponsors !!
Day 4
Thursday 4th Sep Soo I started my 1mile a day in September challenge and it's been really going well so far, yesterday was a bit of a disaster weather wise so had to do a walking fitness online class to get my steps and mile in and I did it !!! So on course to complete the challenge for week 1
