I'm cycling 300 miles for Dementia UK
At the start of 2025 we had the devastating confirmation that our beautiful Mum/mother in law/granny had vascular dementia. Although we all knew deep down this was happening, it didn't make the diagnosis any easier. To know there is no cure or help we can give to Granny Craig is heartbreaking, we now just need to navigate our way through this chapter as best we can as a family and make life a little easier on her and our lovely dad as best we can. Taking part in this challenge feels we can give just a little to help the cause that affects so many. Your donation no matter how small will go so far. Thank you xx

Go Carol. Dementia is such a debilitating illness that so many people live with, yet so little is still understood about it despite years of research.
