We're walking 50 Miles in January for Dementia UK

Our Bramley Ramblers are stepping up to the Walk 50 Miles in January Challenge! 

With extra team members joining our walks this month, we are raising funds for Dementia UK to help ensure no family faces dementia alone.

This cause is very close to our hearts. 

As a care home, many of our cherished residents are living with dementia, and we see first-hand the positive impact of keeping mentally and physically active. Our holistic approach to health and wellbeing includes a diverse programme of group and one-to-one activities, all guided by our dedicated team of holistic and clinical professionals.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support.

The Bramley Ramblers is Bramley Court Care Home’s much-loved walking group, taking residents out each week to explore a new countryside setting and enjoy being outdoors together. 

Moving into Bramley Court means not having to compromise on fun, adventure, and wellbeing. From goal-based fitness and dance classes to gym sessions, Namaste Care, and regular walking and trike outings, residents are encouraged to remain active and involved, regardless of physical ability.
