I'm walking 60 Miles in June for Dementia UK
This June, I'm walking 60 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Walking 60 Miles for Dementia Awareness
Wednesday 27th MayThis June, I’m taking on a 60-mile walking challenge to raise money for dementia charities and support families affected by this heartbreaking condition.
Dementia is something very personal to me. I saw firsthand how it affected my Nani and the impact it had on our whole family. Watching someone you love slowly change because of dementia is incredibly difficult, and it’s something so many families go through every single day.
That’s why I wanted to do something meaningful — not only to honour my Nani, but also to help raise awareness and funds for research, care, and support for others facing the same journey.
Over the coming weeks, I’ll be walking 60 miles to challenge myself physically while supporting a cause close to my heart. Every donation, share, and word of encouragement means so much and will help make a difference for families affected by dementia.
