I'm walking 62 Miles in October

I’m walking 62 Miles in October and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.

An £10 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Final walk !! Total miles over the month 84.48

I've finally finished my challenge with a walk around Macclesfield forest and Teggs Nose with good friends Sarah and Jake, followed by a visit to see my Jeffers.
He was on good form with lots of cheeky Jeff smiles. He was clearly enjoying seeing friends.
I'd like to thank everyone for your support and donations which all helps to support this amazing charity, either to find a cure or to support families touched by this terrible terminal illness.

I finally shared my page and what a response. I can't thank you all enough for your support it means the world and Jeff would be so proud and thankful too ❤️. 
We've been very lucky to have had such amazing support from family and friends throughout these last 4 years since Jeff's diagnosis and we've made new friends along the way with our dementia family.
I haven't worked out how to add my stats so you'll have to trust me for now 🤣. But so far  I've walked 62.45 miles  with another week to go 👍. Big love ❤️

I'm over target as I thought I'd get the miles in while the weather is good. Jeff has walked with me for a small part of it. Got to keep him walking ❤️

As you all know our Jeffers is suffering with Alzheimer's, just one of the many types of dementia . I'm sure you'll agree it's the most cruel disease to watch your loved one fade away slowly.
If you can show your support by sponsoring me it will give anyone who's unfortunate enough to be touched by this dreadful disease the help they need going forward.
