I'm walking 50 Miles in January for Dementia UK
This January, I'm taking on a 50-mile walk across the course of January to honour my Grandad, Jon Lee who bravely battled dementia but sadly didn't survive. Dementia is a devastating disease that slowly steals away the memories and personalities of those we love. Witnessing its impact on my Grandad was heartbreaking, and it's why I'm committed to raising awareness and funds for research and support. Every step I take will be in his memory, hoping to make a difference for others facing this challenging journey.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Friday 2nd Jan I'm walking 50 miles this January in memory of my grandad, who fought a tough battle with dementia. Losing him to this cruel disease was incredibly painful, and it's why I'm so driven to raise awareness and support for dementia research.
