I'm walking 30 miles in September

I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Miles for Maggie!

Most of you know my wee mum has dementia, I’m very lucky to be supported  by our daughters but not everyone is as fortunate. If you can donate to this worthwhile cause I’d be very grateful as I walk my way through 30 miles in September 🥰
Everyone’s journey with dementia is so individual, I like to think we’re still making the most out of life for mum! She might not contribute much conversationally now but she’s word perfect to the soundtrack of Calamity Jane🤣She just loves spending time with us and our crazy Bonnie, their relationship too is very special 🥰it’s like Bonnie just knows her Granny is a little more vulnerable 🥰So dig deep if you can! We appreciate any support!🫶🏼
