I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Thursday 25th Sep Wow!!....I'm over the moon tonight, I have just finished my walk of 5.95km/3.697 miles and have smashed my target of £500 and am well on the way to reaching 90 miles, accomplished 69 miles so far!!

Monday 22nd Sep So tonight I've walked 5.59 km/3.473 miles and managed to get to 59 miles, so I've updated my target to 90 miles to challenge myself for the last week! 😅
