I'm walking 30 miles in September

I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Most of you know that my siblings and I are supporting my Dad in caring for his wife Sue. She was diagnosed with dementia caused by Alzheimer’s disease in February after my Dad was admitted to hospital and we realised she couldn’t look after herself. 
We’re watching her rapid decline from the sidelines but my frail 86 yr old Dad is there every day. It is not an easy task, he’s watching the woman he loves disappear a bit more every day. 
Please hello, if you can, to raise money and awareness for this horrible disease and help people like my parents with the care and support they need. 
My mobility hasn’t been consistently great since my accident, but am determined to do 1 mile a day for this cause.
