I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK
This September, I'm walking 30 miles in memory of my lovely nan. Who sadly lost her fight with dementia in July. She was the strongest person I will ever know and fought every day. Even as the dementia progressed she fought her hardest to be herself and play with great grandkids as much as she could. She loved watching them play and run around. If you can help in any way to help family's going through this horrible disease I would greatly appreciate it ❤️
