Ajay 100km dementia run in February
Friday 30th JanIn 2025, my nan was diagnosed with dementia. Watching someone you love face this condition is heartbreaking. That’s why I’m taking on a 100km running challenge to raise money for Dementia UK, a charity that provides vital support to people living with dementia and those who care for them.
Every kilometre I run is for my nan, and for every family going through the same journey.
This challenge also marks a personal comeback. In October I fractured my collarbone and dislocated my AC joint in my shoulder.
This isn’t just about running — it’s about raising awareness, raising funds, and making a difference. Thank you for supporting me and helping every step count, please donate on my fundraising page.
