I'm walking 100 Miles in October

I’m walking 100 Miles in October and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.

An £10 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Completed!!

My walk today with the Biggleswade Walking group bought up my 100 miles target.

I will keep walking to add to my total right up to the end of October!

Five walks so far and 25 miles completed.

My dad passed away with this horrible disease and so if anyone feels like sponsoring me Dementia UK and myself would be really grateful.

My walk starts tomorrow and I  have set myself to complete 100 miles in October.
