It was a lovely sunny day so many of the Rotarians met up on the greensward for a walk and a photo opportunity. 

On the home stretch

Just a few days left of 'walk 30 miles in September'.  We have exceeded our target but will continue to share the challenge to raise both money and awareness.  Once again, thank you to all that have sponsored us.

Over half way through, 454 miles under our belts and almost reached our target.

To date our team has walked 287 miles and we are still waiting for some members to update their activity.  The more money we raise the more we will walk.

This September, we're walking 30 miles for Dementia UK – a cause very close to our hearts. Frinton Rotary is one of the lead organisations in our region, dedicated to helping many worthy causes, locally, nationally and wider afield. Good luck Alain. . Having my mother-in-law living with us with Demenia is not easy. You have to put your life on hold to look after her. 15 mins later, she would have forgotten the conversation you've just had, and ask the same questions over and over again.
