We're walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK

This September, we are taking on the Walk 30 Miles (each, not between us, that would be TOO easy!!)  in September Challenge and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. We are taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour. Having recently, sadly, had to use the services of the Admiral Nurses, I (Em) can personally vouch for the amazing work they do to support families when they feel their most desperate, confused and alone. Whilst I had fantastic love and support from my team at Halspan (including Mandy and Debbie) the knowledge and understanding from the Admiral Nurses was essential for my mental and emotional health.
