For Nana Florence: you might be aware that our wonderful Nana Florence recently passed away. In her final 14 months, dementia rapidly took the amazing Nana we loved so much away from us.
This January, in her honour we are taking on the Walk 50 Miles in January Challenge and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. We are taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support. Your donation, big or small, makes a difference.
